vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services is a modern law firm with offices in Berlin and Stuttgart that has been in existence for over 20 years and has a large number of international clients and an equally international team of employees. We are currently 9 lawyers who mainly advise and represent individuals and companies in Germany and abroad, particularly in migration, corporate, real estate, trademark and copyright law. We are complemented and supported by a friendly, international team of legal specialists, ReFas and legal assistants.

Your tasks:

• Supporting lawyers in advising and representing individuals and companies in Germany and abroad with a focus on civil and corporate law
• Participation in the founding and structuring of companies, in particular by foreign founders, investors and start-ups
• Processing client inquiries from all over the world
• Review of legal matters and research activities on civil and corporate law mandates
• Conducting organizational and legal correspondence with our clients, authorities and foreign representations

Your profile:

• Interest and commitment to familiarize yourself with the legal areas of civil and corporate law as well as the interfaces with migration law
• Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, pragmatism and open-mindedness
• Full-time or voluntary experience in the field of migration and/or refugees or in dealing with international clients is welcome
