vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services PartmbB is an established law firm based in Berlin and Stuttgart. For our Stuttgart office, we are looking for Legal Assistants/Support Lawyers to expand our team and work closely with the lawyers and the entire vpmk team in Berlin and Stuttgart.

Your tasks:

• Supporting our corporate clients, in particular with start-ups, restructurings and venture capital
• Assistance with civil and industrial property law issues (IP law)
• Independent and assisting processing of client inquiries in close cooperation with our lawyers
• Conducting legal and organizational correspondence with clients, authorities, courts and business partners
• Preparation of corporate documents and contracts
• Scheduling, file management and general office tasks

Your profile:

• You have a very good command of German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Ideally you have studied, although a degree is not essential. Basic legal knowledge is useful.
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have good time management and organizational skills
• You have a very good grasp of things
• You like to work independently and conscientiously and ideally have already gained office experience
• You have a pronounced willingness to provide a service, which is reflected in your enjoyment of personal and telephone communication with our clients from a wide range of nations
