vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services PartmbB is an established law firm based in Berlin and Stuttgart. For both offices
we are looking for Legal Assistants/Support Lawyers to expand our team, who will work closely with the lawyers
and the entire vpmk team in Berlin and Stuttgart.

Your tasks:

• Advising our foreign clients, in particular on labor migration and nationality law
• Independent and assisting processing of client inquiries from all over the world, hand in hand with our lawyers
• Conducting organizational and legal correspondence with our clients, authorities and foreign representations
• Communication with HR departments of various companies
• Simple checks of legal issues
• Preparation of visa applications and applications for work/residence permits
• Accompanying clients to the foreigners authority
• Scheduling, file creation and other office tasks

Your profile:

• You have a very good command of German and English, further foreign language skills (especially Russian) are an advantage
• Ideally you have studied, although a degree is not essential. Basic legal knowledge
  is useful.
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have good time management and organizational skills
• You have a very good grasp of things
• You like to work independently and conscientiously and ideally have already gained office experience
• You have a pronounced willingness to provide a service, which is reflected in your enjoyment of personal and telephone communication with our clients from a wide range of nations

• Working from home on a daily basis is possible after the familiarization phase
