vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services PartmbB is an established law firm based in Berlin and Stuttgart. For our Berlin office, we are looking for Legal Support Lawyers to expand our team and work closely with the lawyers and the entire vpmk team in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• Supporting our real estate clients, in particular in the area of tenancy law and real estate transactions
• Independent processing of client inquiries in close cooperation with our lawyers
• Conducting legal and organizational correspondence with clients, opponents, authorities, courts and business partners
• Preparation of real estate documents and contracts
• Assistance in matters of international inheritance law and administrative law
• Scheduling, file management and general office tasks

Your profile

• You have a very good command of German and English, other foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Ideally you have studied, although a degree is not essential, and have an interest in and knowledge of tenancy and real estate law.
• You like to work independently and conscientiously and ideally have already gained office experience
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You have good time management and organizational skills.
• You have a very good grasp of things.
• You have a pronounced willingness to provide a service, which is reflected in the pleasure you take in communicating with our clients from a wide range of countries both in person and by telephone.
