We are currently looking for a new member of our team in Stuttgart
Legal trainee (m/f/d) for the legal clerkship - focus on civil and corporate law with interfaces to migration law

We are currently 9 lawyers who mainly advise and represent individuals and companies in Germany and abroad, particularly in migration, corporate, real estate, trademark and copyright law. We are complemented and supported by a friendly, international team of legal specialists, ReFas and legal assistants.
Your tasks:
- Supporting lawyers in advising and representing individuals and companies in Germany and abroad with a focus on civil and corporate law
- Participation in the founding and structuring of companies, in particular by foreign founders, investors and start-ups
- Processing client inquiries from all over the world
- Review of legal matters and research activities on civil and corporate law mandates
- Conducting organizational and legal correspondence with our clients, authorities and foreign representations
Your profile:
- Interest and commitment to familiarize yourself with the legal areas of civil and corporate law as well as the interfaces with migration law
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, pragmatism and open-mindedness
- Full-time or voluntary experience in the field of migration and/or refugees or in dealing with international clients is welcome

Legal Assistant/Support Lawyer in the field of corporate law (m/f/d) - part-time
vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services PartmbB is an established law firm based in Berlin and Stuttgart. For our Stuttgart office, we are looking for Legal Assistants/Support Lawyers to expand our team and work closely with the lawyers and the entire vpmk team in Berlin and Stuttgart.

Your tasks:
- Supporting our corporate clients, in particular with start-ups, restructurings and venture capital
- Assistance with civil and industrial property law issues (IP law)
- Independent and assisting processing of client inquiries in close cooperation with our lawyers
- Conducting legal and organizational correspondence with clients, authorities, courts and business partners
- Preparation of corporate documents and contracts
- Scheduling, file management and general office tasks
Your profile:
- You have a very good command of German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
- Ideally you have studied, although a degree is not essential. Basic legal knowledge is useful.
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have good time management and organizational skills
- You have a very good grasp of things
- You like to work independently and conscientiously and ideally have already gained office experience
- You have a pronounced willingness to provide a service, which is reflected in your enjoyment of personal and telephone communication with our clients from a wide range of nations
